Brian Bagley

Senior Associate Attorney

"I became an attorney because I enjoy finding solutions to the complex issues we face.

After spending many years practicing in multiple areas of law, I developed a passion for working in Family Law.

My clients’ cases are all unique, with complex issues where a positive outcome can be life-changing. Working with a client to develop a plan that will help them move past the emotional experiences that happen in life is extremely important to me.

I feel that family law litigation is the most challenging thing people will face in their life. It is important to me that clients know I understand their fears, and I am there to advocate for them."

Brian Bagley grew up in a small town in Alabama. He moved to Texas in 2001 where he finished his undergraduate education at the University of North Texas. There, he earned a degree in Economics.

Before starting law school, Brian was a licensed financial advisor for two years.

In 2011, Brian graduated with Honors from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, which is now known as Texas A&M School of Law. During law school, Brian was on the Texas Wesleyan Law Review as a Notes and Comments Editor and volunteered for the Innocence Project.

When he is not advocating for clients in court, Brian enjoys being outdoors with his wife and two dogs. Fishing, floating, and camping are his favorite ways to pass the time on the weekend.

In addition to practicing Family Law, Brian and his wife are personally navigating the arena as they are in the process of adopting their first child.
