Senior Associate Attorney
“Throughout my professional and personal life, I believe in living a life of service. Working in Family Law allows me to use my experiences to help ease the burden of difficult situations and find solutions with empathy, integrity, and compassion.
What I promise to do for all clients is to listen.
Sometimes the solution to their situation requires contested hearings in order to navigate what is best for the family. Frequently (and what sometimes works better) is to help create collaboration between the parties and their lawyers in order to work together to agree on the best solution. In whatever situation a client finds themselves in, I am here to help.”
Before joining the Beal Law Firm, Jessica worked in family law for six years, most recently for the Office of the Attorney General in the child support division. Previous to that role, she was in the private sector as well as in the DFPS division for the Tarrant County District Attorney, working to find permanency for abused and neglected children.
Jessica graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in communications from Lee University and became a television journalist. For many years, she volunteered with the nonprofit organization CASA of Tarrant County, advocating for children in foster care.
Jessica attended Texas A&M University School of Law and was licensed in 2015. While in law school, she participated on the Mock Trial and Moot Court Teams placing as a semifinalist in a “Child Welfare and Adoption Law” competition. Upon graduation, she received the Equal Justice Award for hundreds of hours of public service law while in law school, including serving in the Family Law Clinic and being President of the Texas A&M Law Fellowship.
Jessica was elected to Keller City Council in May 2022 and proudly serves her City as a Councilwoman. She also stays active with nonprofits such as Chosen Ones Foster and Adoptive Ministry, Building Future Families, and Tarrant County CASA.
Outside the office, Jessica is devoted to her family of eight children, five of whom are adopted from foster care. She loves to travel and spend as much time on beaches and the lake as possible.
