Eric Beal

Senior Executive Member

Founder

"I became an attorney for the same reason I became a Marine. I wanted to help people and protect those that need protecting.

I became a Family Law Attorney because I realized that there was a need for family lawyers that know what they're doing and truly care about their clients.

I have dedicated myself, since the day I decided to go to law school, to becoming the best-educated, most knowledgeable, and most technically proficient attorney that I can be.

I have built a firm based upon this approach with a goal of providing the best possible legal care to individuals with divorce and family law needs."

Senior Attorney, Eric Beal, is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, is AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has over 26 years of divorce and family law experience. Additionally, Mr. Beal is a former U.S. Marine Corps Legal Officer. While in the Marines, Eric graduated with honors from the Field Artillery Officer’s Basic Course and the Military Justice Legal Officer’s Course, where he finished first in his class with an all-time record score.

Following the Marines, he attended Baylor Law School, where he received over two dozen honors and awards, and graduated as the Highest Ranking Student. Since that time, he has become a published family law author and speaker and participates in many times over the required number of Continuing Legal Education courses.
